Shipping policy

 

All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will email you once your package has been shipped and provide you with the tracking details. 

 Please ensure that you check your address details carefully as we are not liable for packages that are delivered incorrectly due to the customer providing an incorrect address. Please note that parcels returned as 'Return to Sender' will incur a fee (equal to that charged to us by Australia Post). Re- delivery charges may also apply

 

Shipping In Australia

We use Australia Post to ship out orders. Please see below for shipping costs

Standard Delivery	FREE	$10	3-10 days after dispatch
Express Delivery	$5	$15	1-4 days after dispatch

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to New Zealand. Shipping amounts shown are in AUD 

Orders are shipped from Australia through Australia Post. We reserve the right to change our shipping provider without notice

International orders may be subject to taxes, duty or other clearance charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer

PLEASE NOTE: The Item prices listed in our online store DO NOT include any taxes, duty or any other amount charged for importing into the selected country. You may receive an invoice for these charges before your package can be released to you. Any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser

To avoid any surprises we suggest that you visit your countries relevant customs website before making a purchase. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for taxes, duty or any other customs or clearance amount charged.

Current Shipping Delays

The Australia Post service has been heavily impacted from COVID-19. This is completely out of our control and we ask that you be patient and allow extra time for your package to arrive. The above delivery time frames are an estimate only and we will not be liable for delayed packages. To avoid disappointment, please allow an extra 2 days for express delivery and an extra 5 days for Standard delivery. 

For international shipments, please allow an extra one to two weeks
